XV Technology began with a genuine interest and curiousity in the Panasonic Toughbook line of ruggedized laptops. In June of 2011, XV Technology was born. Our mission was to create a best of class refurbished Toughbook product to our customers at significantly below retail prices. Additionally, it had been our intentional effort to ONLY work on Panasonic Toughbooks. And even more specifically, only a VERY FEW of those Toughbook models - the most ruggedized units Panasonic manufactures.  It was our firm belief that our customers would greatly benefit from our narrow expertise. Instead of being a jack of all trades, we would be specialists in our trade. 

 

The intentions, mission, and goals of XV Technology in June 2011, still persist today. At XV Tech, we strive to provide the highest quality refurbished product while maintaining the best customer service possible. It is of great pleasure to us here when a police department, fire department, ambulance service, or any other organization is able to get the same products at prices significantly below what they would have paid retail.
